In Bosse’s initial role as Business Manager at Drum Majorz (LEC’s music services division) in 1997, he personally negotiated contracts with Joey Boy Records/Avex (Japan) which grew the company by 800% within fourteen months of launch. Bosse went on to close contracts with various other clients for Drum Majorz such as Bad Boy Entertainment, Def Jam Recordings, MCA Records, Universal Music Group and Atlantic Records among others.
By 2001, Bosse assumed the position of Business Affair Director at Iconz Music (LEC’s recorded music division) and was integral in the company’s global launch of “Get Crunked Up”, a song noted for bringing the “Crunk music era” into the mainstream and revolutionizing the Miami rap music industry.
In 2003 Bosse was appointed as Chief Executive Officer at Landmark Entertainment Corporation where he outperformed specific objectives set by LEC’s Board by 20%. Unrelenting in his pursuit to expand the company, Bosse led LEC into the music publishing sector through a deal with Ultra International Music Publishing. He later went on to negotiate contracts with investors for the launch of Iconz Films (LEC’s filmed entertainment division) and the production of its debut motion picture entitled “Bloodline”. He further procured worldwide distribution for “Bloodline” and coordinated its timely Delivery to Code Black Entertainment on behalf of the re-branded Iconz Music & Films.
Upon his departure from the post of LEC, CEO in the fall of 2007, Bosse founded Maveno Corporation, a boutique firm that specializes in brand architecture and intellectual property licensing.
Within five months of launching Maveno, Bosse organized a well attended education and networking event entitled UNBLOCKED™, introducing the Miami songwriters’ community to a series of empowering resources and services offered by Maveno. UNBLOCKED™ is aimed at “Removing Creative & Professional Barriers” for songwriters worldwide.
